A quorum was not present to hold an official meeting.

2. Minutes

The Minutes of the July 27, 2007 Meeting was presented.

3. Treasurer’s Report

The Profit and Loss statement dated September 21, 2007 was presented.

4. President’s Report and Old Business

Mr. Billington updated the Board on the following:

1. The BVTC Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2006 were distributed (Copies attached).

2. The Water Cruises and Vessel update were discussed.

3. Billington urged all to attend the September Annual Meeting.

4. Billington previewed for the Board a selection of the websites the Tourism Council maintains.

5. New Business

a. There was no new business for the Board

6. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
